Ignacy Jerzy [Dux et Redux] (1755 - 29.IX.1827), born in Jaroszka, died and buried in Otroków, his tombstone is in the church in Mińkowce. Major of the Polish military forces. Inherited from his uncle Wojciech, from whom he obtained the "fiefdom" Jarmoliński, which he exchanged with Orłowski for the fiefdom Mińkowiecki. He was the legislator of Minkowice (he abolished the serfdom - "Covenant inheritance with the villagers". He established a publishing-house in Mińkowce, as well as a factory of fabrics in Dunajowce.(The first of its kind of enterprise in "Kresy"). He published "Statues of Mińkowce" (in Latin). He established a court-of-law employing a jury. He presides in a purple toga as the judge, with twelve of the senior villagers constituting the grand-jury.
He was married with Ewa Ruffo, from Warszawa. Ewa nee Ruffo Ścibor-Marchocka died in 1810, in Mińkowce.
The District of Mińkowice consisted of the following, among others, villages Velyka Pobiina, Otrokiv, Prytulivka, Myślibory, Syvorohy, Mala Pobiyanka, Ścibory near Myn'kivtsi (UA), Belmont near Myn'kivtsi (UA), where stood the main castle of Ignace, as well as the small cities Myn'kivtsi and Dunaivtsi (UA).
These were difficult times for Poland. Strong forces were crushing and ransacking her. During this time, Ignacy earl Ścibor-Marchocki was embedding marker-poles on the boundaries between countries of Mińkowce, Russia, and Austria.
He had the son Karol and three daughters, one of whom, Emilija, married Mikołaj Ingistow, another, Pulcheria, married Eligiusz Jaxa-Małachowski, while the third, Julja, married the brother of Eliguisz, Meliton Jaxa-Małachowski.
Ignacy Jerzy purchased enormous expanses of land [in excess of 40,000 hectacres, that is about 100,000 acres] on each side of Odesa, on the shores of the Black sea. On the western side Lubomila, Adryjanów, Ternowa, Karolino-Buhaz, Roksolany near Odessa (UA) , etc., and on the eastern side of Odesa Zbrozhkivka, Wolanów, Vapnyarka, Prokhorove (UA), etc.

- In 1817, Ignatius gave to the Government the project to improve navigation on the Dniester River from Podolia to Odessa. He agreed to clean up thresholds near Yampol if you could charge one silver ruble of each vessel. And also get the Dniester islets along the border of Podolia (52 pcs.) The case was to be considered in 1818, but Ignatius asked for a delay, and then did not show up.

Wg. dokumentu rodzinnego data ślubu 1791-08-27, z porównania z innymi żródłami wydaje się bardziej prawdopodobna data 1781-08-27, Rolle pisze że Ignacy powrócił na Podole w 1783 r. jako major i szczęśliwy małżonek.
2013-09-16 22:44:55 Urodziny Pulcherii - Rolle: pod koniec 1790 Ignacy zamieszkał w Pobujnej z żoną i dwójką drobnych dzieci, to by oznaczało że Pulcheria musiała być urodzona przed 1789 r.

E. Rabowicz pisze: „Jeszcze przed r. 1796 nabył M. pod Odessą ok. 16000 dziesięcin stepu
...”
Ale z dokumentów wynika że jeszcze 1801 r. te «dacze» były własnością odpowiednio Altesta i Gribovskovo. Kupno musiało nastąpić gdzieś pomiędzy 1802 a 1804 r.
